We have seen this several times and different users out there have their fix for it. At first I would be looking at the power supply as the suspect, but others are pointing to the “Power Options”.

I got a call for this error today and changed the power options to “never” turn of display or computer. I also went into the the advanced options and manually typed in “never” for turning off the “hard disk”.

UPDATE:
(8/21/2020):
I had this happen again to another machine to which may have been ready to go into a sleep mode; however, when the BSOD showed up there was “video TDR failure” mentioned. In following this error message I came across the following article which actually may be a better solution to this issue.
