Received the same invoice for $995 for 10 boxes of gloves today, these gloves are so over priced. Fine print states that this invoice is a solicitation for goods and/or services not a bill or invoice. No where on the document does it say “Invoice”, what they are hoping for is it just is given to your Accounts Payable Department and just gets paid without any scrutinizing. Crooks did this with toner cartridges years ago, they would call up and state they were from the copy machine company and were sending a new manual and needed to know the machine Model, hoping an employee would give out that information and they would actually send a toner cartridge that was priced at 10 times the usual cost.

The amusing thing for me is I closed my company nine years ago! Everything on the Internet lives forever, lol.

In reply to Hope Williams. We would suggest talking to your bank to see if the account and routing numbers ended up on the "Dark Web". Attackers sometimes post those checks on the "Dark Web" with some of the routing and account numbers redacted asking if anyone wants to "buy this account". We recently had a call from a customer who mailed a check to a charity and that check ended up being posted. They moved everything to a new bank account. Thank you for posting this information. In reply to Nyra. We received the same invoice dated 12-5-26 We paid it in January for $995.00 our accounting lady didn’t know. But we did receive the gloves in. All 10 boxes of 200. so that’s roughly 0.50 ea. which isn’t terrible BUT we didn’t order them and we didn’t need them. I guess now we will figure out a way to use them so we don’t waste $995.00. We paid by check so they have account# and routing# has there been any further issues?
