It’s dated 5/12/26 for the amount of $995.00 for 10 200 count boxes.

specifies that payment constitutes a binding contract.

The company I work for received one of these in the mail today – exactly like yours! Spelling errors and all. I looked up the company website and called the number out of curiosity. No one picked up, the line just disconnected after a few rings.

We do order gloves but would never pay this much. Just wanted to comment to show they are still out there.

Actually if you look closely it doesn’t actually say “invoice”, it says “order form” and the remittance portion of the document says “ORDER REMITTANCE”. But it’s obviously meant to be mistaken for an invoice.
