Gantry 5.5.2 WordPress Broken Home Page

We have a small internal website we use which was built in WordPress using the Gantry Hydrogen template. We got the notification to upgrade to 5.5.2 and we did. Gantry has been very reliable to just update. This time however, it wrote over custom home page with the formatted layout that comes with Hydrogen.

We had to reinstall the site from a backup. We have a couple of Joomla sites running Gantry, but haven’t upgrade yet.
