U.S. Safety Standard Scam
We received an invoice from U.S. Safety Standards for a bunch of nitrile gloves, but we didn’t order these. The cost on each 200 pack was $129.95. They typically cost less than 20 bucks. They were asking for $1,299.50 for 10 boxes of gloves.
Their website is a one-pager that doesn’t have any function.
This is a total scam.

I got the same invoice & called- which they don’t answer, so I sent them an email with the subject line: lol
Then said: What a joke! Scamming people

LETTER WAS MAILED TO US. DATE OF INVOICE 10/28/25 . REF# 21-1921. AMOUNT 1299.50 WE GOT THIS SCAM INVOICE WAS RECIVIED ON 11/14/25. ONLY THING THAT THROUGH IT OFF LAST PART OF THE COMPANY NAME WAS WRONG. SCAMMERS MAILED TO: AIKEN BLACK APPLIANCES HICKORY, NC CALLED WITH NO ANSWER . VOICE MAIL ONLY
We verified the company as well and got no answer when we called.
Received their fake bill today. $1299.50. Our purchasing department didn’t recognize the vendor name at all and we don’t order gloves.

Just googled this same letter/same price that we received. No one knew anything about such a large order and it’s not even an item we would necessarily yes (same item – Nitrile Gloves). Thanks for posting this so I new my intuition was not wrong!

Reading it closer, they do have a “disclosure” section abut how “This is a solicitation for goods and/or services, not a bill or invoice”. Sure looks like a bill though – super shady/sneaky.

Got one today dated 12/2 for $1,299.50. Luckily my AP team is on their toes. This scam is pretty good!! I emailed to get their w9 and ACH in for just to see if they reply. For giggles I may send sign them the $10,000 check I got last week in the mail.

I received the same thing today, there is a disclosure that does say this is not a bill, it is in small lettering, but seriously…not anyone I would choose to do business with trying to trick people into paying this.

I received the same invoice from U.S. Safety Standard dated 12/09/2025. The cost for 10 boxes of Nitrile gloves is $995.00. I wish people would use their talents for good rather then trying to scam people. I’m sad to think that some people who received a similar invoice may have paid it.

Just received an invoice in the mail for 20 packs of gloves @ $69.95 ea. Total invoice $1,399. We would NEVER order these. Sad these days we have to be so cautious about fraud everywhere. Thanks for confirmation. I’m going to report them to Ft. Lauderdale PD Fraud Prevention.

After attempting to call this “company” twice and it went right to voicemail, and receiving no email response, I should have checked Google initially! Obviously no one in our company ordered 10 boxes of nitrile gloves at $99.50/box. Utterly ridiculous. Glad these scammers are being exposed, and hopefully no one sends them an actual payment!

I called the company, already thinking its a scam, but they did not answer and when I emailed them the address is not valid so I decided to look them up on google and found all your comments. This is just terrible.
