Had a customer call because she has dual monitors and some of the first screen was on the first screen but other parts were on the second screen. She sent us a photo, and we knew what to do.

• Go to Display properties
• Duplicate the screen
• Disconnect the screen that is still having the issue.
• Plug the monitor back in
• Change the setting back to extended.
