We had a friend get their Google My Business listing get suspended, and out of desperation they just started a new listing. The old listing had close to 30 super reviews. We were unable to get the old listing reinstated, Google just wouldn’t approve the appeal. We had the customer shoot a video to submit with the 2nd appeal, and Google still wouldn’t approve.
We just sat in on a webinar from Sterling Sky and we have learned that there are times when Google will sometimes not transfer reviews. They have found that no matter what the owner of the GMB listing has no control over review. Their recommendation is the download the reviews and store them in a .csv file.
