We have seen this several times and different users out there have their fix for it. At first I would be looking at the power supply as the suspect, but others are pointing to the “Power Options”.
I got a call for this error today and changed the power options to “never” turn of display or computer. I also went into the the advanced options and manually typed in “never” for turning off the “hard disk”.
I choose this option cause the customer said this seems to happen when she is in a specific program called JenArk and she has walked away for a little while.
Let us know if this helped you….
